Excellent condition. Very clean and runs well. V10 engine and E450 chassis. 33,000 miles Perfect size. 28' is very roomy inside while still easily maneuverable around town and in parking lots. Technically sleeps 8, but very comfortable for four. We ordered (and paid) for a new awning and frame. Unfortunately, one part is on backorder and will not likely be shipped until September. Cummins Onan QG4000 generator. Tires are like new.
